Revise, Modify or Cancel an Order

If you need to amend your order details—such as delivery address, quantity, or cancel the order entirely—please contact our Customer Services team immediately. We aim to process orders within 1-2 hours of placement to ensure prompt delivery, so swift notification is essential to avoid delays. Your Right to Cancel

Under UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel an order from the moment it is placed until 14 days after receiving the goods. If the cancellation is not due to any fault on our part, you will be responsible for return postage costs. Items must be returned in a re-saleable condition, including original packaging and labels, and must be unused and undamaged. To exercise this right, notify our Customer Services team via email with your original order number.

 

Returns Policy

Unwanted Items:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange for items returned in a fully re-saleable condition within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Return postage costs will be deducted from your refund if you use our Freepost service or arrange collection.

Process for Unwanted Items:

To initiate a return, contact us via phone or our online contact form. Our Returns Department will respond within 24 hours with instructions. If items are not returned in re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct 20% of the original price.
